Noise from road traffic and nearby hotel music made for some sleepless nights. The heated towel rail didn’t work, which was a downside on cold winter mornings. The ski room was cramped. boots were still damp by the end of the trip, which is inconvenient after a long day on the slopes.

absolutely underwhelmed with my stay. breakfast was a complete mess with insufficient seating, and the rude staff surely didn’t help! i woudl ve been content if my mountain view room had actually been a mountain view room. i almost thought of giving a good review, but this was just too much to overlook.
